How to Book As a small, locally owned business, we handle all bookings personally through inquiries. Here's how it works:

Submit Your Inquiry — Fill out the contact form with your details and travel information.

We Reach Out — Our tour concierge will contact you to discuss your desired tours or shuttle services.

Receive Your Invoice — Once details are confirmed, we'll send you an invoice followed by a secure payment link through our bank, Atlantic Bank.

Payment Confirmation — We will send you a calendar invitation for your tour or shuttle so you're always organized and ready for your adventure.
Cancellation Policy for Tour or Shuttle Services:
Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your tour or shuttle reservation.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Schedule Changes

To modify your tour or shuttle schedule, please notify us via email.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure — full refund

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure — no refund

Last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of departure — non-refundable
