Hopkins Bioluminescence Tour
Just minutes from Hopkins Village, Anderson Lagoon lights up after dark. A short boat ride takes you up the Sittee River and through a narrow mangrove channel into the lagoon, where bioluminescent algae make the water glow with every ripple and splash. On a moonless night, it’s just you, the stars, and the glowing water. This natural light show happens during the dry season, January to May, and it’s a calm, easy evening for couples, families and friends.
